    https://myaccount.wi-five.com

    Your user name is your 4 or 5-digit account number preceded by the letter ‘c’  (Example: c01234). You can also find your user name on the tear off section of your last invoice.

    Select "Forgot Password?" and your password will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder, as the e-mail may arrive in it.

    update@wi-five.com or click here. Please allow 1-2 business days to update your records.

    Making a Payment
    Go to https://myaccount.wi-five.com
    then:

    A. Select Account.
    Check the credit card type on file along with the credit card number, expiration date and address. Make any changes necessary and click "Submit Update".
    B. Select "Billing".
    C. Select "Make a Payment" then follow the 4 steps shown in the sample below.

Select an Invoice
Step 2
Select Payment Type
Step 3
Make a Payment
Step 4
Review & Submit

That should complete your payment.
